CSP 'Take it to the Track' Test & Tune

Open to everyone 16 years and older with a valid driver's license. (Driver's Permits not accepted.)

Vehicles must have seat belts and no visual or mechanical issues that would potentially be a safety hazard to you or the racers around you. (Leaking fluids, extremely cracked windshield, loose or hanging body panels, etc.)

If your vehicle has an elapsed time faster than 13.99 in the quarter-mile, you will be required to wear a helmet. We have rental helmets for $5 at the Novus Glass Tech Building.

The “Responsible Speed” program has been created by the Colorado State Patrol and Bandimere Speedway to provide a positive alternative to illegal street racing by “Taking it to the Track” – providing a controlled, safe, and fun drag racing program available to all Colorado drivers.
