Know Before You Go

Do you have to pay for parking?
  • Yes, parking is $25, per day, per vehicle. You can pay with cash upon arrival. You may also purchase it ahead of time by calling the box office at 303-697-6001.
If I leave and come back, do I need to pay for parking again?
  • If you decide to leave and come back, make sure to keep your parking ticket. Otherwise you will have to pay again. You may not be in the same lot you originally parked.
Do you have handicapped parking?
  • Yes, Handicapped parking is located just south of the Main Ticket Center. Enter through Gate B and the parking attendant will direct you to the proper lot. Please have proper credentials ready. Handicapped parking is $25.
I already have a parking pass but don’t know where to go?
  • Red Key/Top Eliminator Club/Guest Parking will enter through Gate A. Preferred Parking will enter through Gate B. All other parking passes will be directed to the lot being filled at the time of your arrival. Please show the parking attendant your parking ticket and they will direct you. Parking passes can be purchased in advance by calling the box office at 303-697-6001.
Can I catch a shuttle?
  • Shuttles can be found near the Main Ticket Center in the Handicapped Parking lot. Anyone who needs a ride up to the pit area is welcome. The shuttle is free but accepts donations for charity. Please ask the parking attendant if you need a shuttle from the far lots. They can call one for you. To ride the shuttle at the end of the event, return to the location, where you were originally dropped off. You can also ask a Bandimere employee to call a shuttle for you.
What happens if I didn’t receive my tickets or I can’t find them?
  • Please contact the Box office at 303-697-6001 and we can assist you with resending your tickets to your email or leaving them in Will Call. Tickets can be reprinted on the day of the event at the ticket window for a $5 fee. Please contact the box office as soon as possible because the phone may be busy closer to the event.
Where do I pick up my Will Call tickets?
  • Will Call can be picked up at any ticket window. Bring a photo ID and the card used to purchase the tickets to help verify your tickets. If someone left the tickets for you, it may help to give their name as well. Any Will Call that has been ordered online or through the Box office can be picked up in advance. We will have extended office hours for anyone who would like to pick up Will Call before the event begins. Please contact the Box Office at 303-697-6001 for more info.
I need to leave tickets for someone at Will Call
  • Tickets can be left at any window. Make sure to let the person picking them up know what Ticket building the tickets have been left at to save them time. Leave as much information as possible to help the Bandimere Staff locate the tickets including name, phone number, company name, etc.
Does my ticket include a pit pass?
  • Yes, every ticket includes a pit pass. The pits are located on the west side of the facility.
Do kids need a ticket?
  • For this event, since it is reserved seating, everyone will need a ticket, regardless of age. If you need to add any tickets, contact the box office at 303-697-6001.
When should I arrive at the facility?
  • Gates opening times are listed on this page. When planning your day, remember to take parking and gate wait times in consideration.
Do you have handicapped seating?
  • Please contact the box office at 303-697-6001 to order handicapped seats. These seats are designed for a wheelchair and a companion.
Can I bring food and drinks to the event?
  • Everyone is welcome to bring in their own food and drinks. However, no coolers or backpacks larger than six-pack size (approximately L 12"x W 13"x H 14") are allowed.  Glass and alcohol are not permitted. Cooler and bags are subject to search before entering the gate.
Are there food vendors?
  • Yes, Concessions will be open on the west and east side of the facility.
Are there any specific items not allowed inside the facility?
  • No alcoholic beverages
  • No glass bottles or containers
  • No concealed weapons
  • Use of marijuana is prohibited
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • No illegal drugs, including marijuana
  • No motorized/non-motorized vehicles through the spectator gates
  • No pets (except service animals assisting those with disabilities)
  • **Bandimere Speedway security staff reserves the right to prohibit any items that may pose a safety hazard or hinder the enjoyment of the event by other patrons.
Do you have ATM machines at the Speedway?
  • Yes, there is an ATM available for use in Bandimere's official souvenir store Competitive Threads, located behind the west grandstands, near section 2. Bandimere Speedway accepts cash or credit card, at all locations.
I have Top Eliminator Club or Finish Line Club Tickets but didn’t receive my meal vouchers?
  • Meal vouchers will be picked up when you arrive at the club.
What happens if it starts to rain?

 

  • There will be announcements if there are any changes to the schedule. You can tune your radio to FM 90.7 for updates during the event. Always keep your ticket with you. Re-entry is allowed with a ticket and hand stamp only.
