FAQ

Who should I contact if I have questions about my tickets? Contact Christmas in Color via email hello@christmasincolor.net


Are tickets only sold online? Yes. An online reservation is required. This ensures a contactless process and helps reduce wait times at the event. Simply pick your date, pick your park location and only pay one ticket for the whole car. The number of passengers is entirely up to you!


How do I redeem my ticket? After buying your ticket online, you will get a confirmation email with a barcode and QR code in the email. We’ll scan either code when you arrive and send you into the show!


How do I access my tickets? To find your tickets, locate your confirmation email in your inbox. TicketSpice is our ticketing platform, so search for TicketSpice or Christmas in Color to find your tickets. We also recommend checking your junk/spam folder.


What types of vehicles are allowed? For safety and to protect the light displays, vehicle height restriction is 10' maximum to clear the light displays as you drive through the show. (No buses, limos or trailers allowed.) The length restriction for vehicles coming through the park is to be no longer than 25 feet (14 seat van or less) with a good turn radius.

Can I buy tickets at the gate? No. This year Christmas in Color requires online reservations to ensure the safety of our guests.


Can I consolidate cars on site? We cannot accommodate consolidating after entering. If you’re planning on joining the experience together as one big group, please consolidate prior to arrival.


How will I hear the music? Please make sure that your vehicle has a working FM radio, you will be provided with a station at the entrance to the show.


What if there is a wait? While we work very hard at keeping wait times to a minimum, attendance does spike on weekends and holidays. We recommend bringing anything to keep the kiddos entertained while you make your way into the show. You can also save time and money by visiting us Monday – Thursday.


Can I take pictures? Yes please! We love it when our guests take pictures and share them with others. Be sure to capture the magic and tag @christmas.in.color and @bandimere_speedway on Instagram.


Do you have restrooms on site? We do not have public restrooms onsite this year. In the event of an emergency please contact one of our team members on site.


What time should I arrive? Your arrival window is the time you reserved when purchasing the ticket. For example, should you reserve a 7 to 7:30pm arrival window, you can enter the park any time between 7pm and 7:30pm where our staff will process your ticket to begin your journey.

Do you offer group rates? Yes! Group rates are available for groups of 10+ people, corporations, nonprofits, and youth groups. Contact us at hello@christmasincolor.net for more information.


Did you forget to add your promo code? Unfortunately, we are unable to add your promo code to already purchased tickets. Once you have registered for the event, we can not add the promo code to your order, or refund the difference of the promo code. BUT, this is a great opportunity to sign a friend up using the promo code!


Can I transfer my ticket to a close friend or family member? Yes you can! Please create an account with the following link: https://wonderteam.account.webconnex.com you will need to use the email address used upon checkout. Once your account is active, you'll be able to access all of your purchased tickets. From here, you can choose to transfer your ticket to whomever you desire.


Are tickets refundable? As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all sales are final and non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this policy. Because Christmas in Color operates like a concert or other live event, we are unable to fill spots if you do not utilize your ticket. If a ticket holder does not show up to redeem their ticket they forfeit their ticket without the possibility of refund or credit. If our event is canceled, we will do our best to help you reschedule. We DO NOT offer refunds. If you are unable to attend a show due to an unexpected and unavoidable issue we recommend transferring your ticket to a close friend or family member.

Can I have passengers in the back of a pick-up truck? Passengers are permitted in the back of pickup trucks, at their own risk, subject to local traffic and safety laws. This is a great way to see the show once you are within the park, just be sure they can hear your FM Radio, have them bundle up in warm clothes and blankets. Then they can sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!


What time should I arrive? Your arrival window is the time you reserved when purchasing the ticket. For example, for a ticket reserved for 6 to 6:30pm you can enter the park any time between 6pm and 6:30pm where our staff will process your ticket to begin your journey. We understand that life happens and if you're running late and miss your reserved time slot we will do our best to accommodate your arrival.


Will the show close due to inclement weather? It's possible that weather can delay the opening of a show or close it for a window of time. We will do our best to notify incoming guests as quickly as possible if we must close any of our shows due to difficult weather conditions. To ensure you receive messaging from our team about any potential weather related closures please include the best contact information, including a cell phone number to receive a text notification and a working email address. If we must temporarily close a show due to inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your visit to enjoy the magic of Christmas in Color!


How long is the show? The show takes approximately 20-30 minutes to drive through at our 3-4 MPH speed limit. Please stay in your car, do not stop and do not get out of your vehicle at any time while driving through the show. This will keep you and your family safe as well as our team members.


Can I have my pets in the car during the show? Absolutely! Since this is a drive through experience, any pet that can fit in your car can ride through the show with you and enjoy the show together as a family. Just remember to keep your pets in the vehicle at all times.


I lost something at the event. What do I do? Please reach out at help@christmasincolor.net and include the location, date and time you visited as well as a brief description of the missing item. We will do our best to help you locate the item if it happens to be at our show.


Do I need to turn my headlights off during the show? Yes! All guests are asked to turn off vehicle headlights while carefully driving through our shows. If you are unable to turn your headlights off, please dim your headlights to the maximum extent possible to allow other guests to enjoy the show. When guests leave their headlights on it will dim the brilliance of the displays. By turning your headlights off you help maximize the show for your family and all guests as they drive through the displays.
