300mph Drag Racing Action on Thunder Mountain is Taking a Break for 2026

While we are in the middle of the sale process of the Thunder Mountain property in Morrison, the Bandimere family and staff are pursuing a new location to continue the Bandimere Speedway legacy.

At this point, there will NOT be any drag racing events in 2026.

As of Friday, October 18th, 2024, we are no longer conducting business at our Morrison location. Our phones will be temporarily off line, but our emails will remain the same and available for contact. You can find all of our contacts HERE.

We are working hard to prepare ourselves for a move to a new location, while also coming up with new and exciting ways to create an even more racer and fan friendly environment at that new location. Follow along with us and stay in touch on our social media pages for updates and details on our future endeavors.

Thank you to all of our racers, race fans, employees, partners and racing community as a whole for supporting us for over 65 wonderful years on Thunder Mountain. We are truly blessed to be surrounded by so much love and passion for the sport of drag racing and our business.
