Conclusion: Off road racing is an inherently dangerous sport. Each Competitor assumes that risk when he or she participates in an Event. While everyone involved, off road racing owners, drivers, crew members, officials, promoters, promoter personnel, can take, and have taken, measures to reduce the risk of serious injury, the risk cannot be eliminated and, in fact, will always be present at a high level.
Members are required to advise their spouses and next of kin. Although safety is everyone’s concern, by virtue of its limited role in the conduct of any Event, All Promoters cannot be, and is not
Responsible, for all or even most aspects of the safety effort. That responsibility instead rests with the various participants in the Event.
